TERMS OF SERVICEProcess- First come, first served.
- Sketches will be completed within two weeks and sent to your email.
- Commissions typically take 3 to 8 weeks, depending on my queue and the complexity of your request.
- No rushing during the work process—rushing kills my art motivation. If you need a specific deadline, please discuss it with me first.
- You are allowed a maximum of two major revisions during the sketch phase. Any additional revisions beyond that will incur extra fees.
- You may request WIPs or ask me any questions regarding your commission throughout the process.Payment & Refund
- Payment is required via PayPal or VGen (USD only).
- Payment must be made within 48 hours after receiving the final sketch via email.
- For Vietnamese clients, I accept Momo or local bank transfers (VND). Contact me for more details.
- No refunds or cancellations once I start your commission. If I am unable to complete your commission on time due to my school schedule, I will either delay it or offer a refund depending on the situation.
- If you fail to respond to my email/message/invoice within 2 days, I will have to cancel your commission.
