TERMS OF SERVICEProcess• Commissions are accepted on a first come, first served basis.• Initial sketches will be delivered via email within 2 weeks.• For personal commissions, the process typically takes 3 to 8 weeks, depending on my current queue and the complexity of your request.• Please note that I do not accept rush orders by default, as rushing affects the quality of my work. If you have a specific deadline, kindly discuss it with me beforehand.• You have two major revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.Payment & RefundAccepted payment methods:
• PayPal (USD)
• For Vietnamese clients: local bank transfers (VND) – please contact me for details.• Full payment is required within 48 hours after the final sketch is sent via email.• No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once I begin working on your commission.• In the event that I cannot complete your commission due to academic or personal reasons, I will either propose a new timeline or offer a refund depending on the circumstances.• If you fail to respond to my messages, invoice, or emails within 48 hours, your commission will be canceled.
