TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read carefully before placing a request.
GENERAL
The base price displayed will be for PERSONAL use only. For commercial use, the quote might be x2 or x3 depending on the usage purposes.
I value efficiency and clear preparation. If a project suffers from poor time management or constant disorganization, I'll have to discontinue our collaboration to protect both sides' time.
I can decline any commission requests that I deem unsuitable.
Modifying, tracing, removing my watermark, or feeding my works to AI are strictly prohibited.
Visual references are strictly required. I won't accept text-only description, unless it is a OC design commission from scratch.
I'd appreaciate it if you don't rush, ping repeatedly, or demand updates before the agreed deadline, unless it's an emergency.
Payment upfront 100% (for personal commissions)
Payment method: PayPal, Ko-fi.
PROGRESS & DELIVERY
(For Standard Illustrations)Workflow: Rough Sketch (composition check) ➔ Detailed Sketch ➔ Lineart ➔ Base Colors ➔ Render ➔ Finish.Client will get updates at almost every step, except the rendering stage. From there the commission will be done independently, so client won't get any updates until it's finished.Commissions usually take 1 to 3 months depending on my queue and complexity. Rush deadlines are not always available.
REVISION POLICY
You are allowed a maximum of 3 free revisions in total across the agreed stages. Any additional revisions after that will cost an extra fee.Please make sure to compile all your feedback and adjustments at once, and refrain from making major changes to your brief after I start sketching.
REFUND POLICY
100% Refund: Only available after 2 weeks from the time I receive payment, and the commission hasn't started.Partial Refund: In case I delay the commission without notice or cancel your commission midway due to my own situation, you can request a partial refund.Otherwise, strictly no refund/cancellation after I start your commission. Waitlist deposits are also strictly non-refundable if you cancel before your turn.

Sometimes I might also pass on designs that are too plain or leave too many empty areas.
Besides what I've previously stated, I can draw almost anything from OCs to fictional, game, novel characters.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Where are you from?A: I'm an artist based in Vietnam!
Q: What tools/apps do you use for your art?A: I draw on an iPad Pro M4 mainly using Procreate, sometimes Clip Studio Paint (CSP) too.
Q: Do you have VGen?A: I do have a VGen account with the same name (Phaesporia). You can find it by clicking on the small VGen icon right under the header of the Commission page.Though I usually prefer taking commission outside the app.
Q: How do I request a commission?A: If my commissions are open (I often announce publicly on social media), you can simply send me your request via Email or DMs.
Q: What should I include in my brief?A: Would be best if you can briefly describe your character, choosing a pose/expression you want and provide some visual reference for both the character and the vibe you aimed for.
Q: Can I use your art as pfp/header?A: Sure! Except for commission works, most of my content could be used as pfp/header. Credits are optional, but please don't claim that it's yours.
Q: Can I repost/use your art on other platforms?A: Reposts are not allowed, sorry.
Q: When will your Webtoon get updated?A: Since my country's IP is currently blocked by Webtoon, and I sadly have to take a break due to personal reasons, it is still currently on hiatus. But I'd love to get back at it as soon as I can!Though I have to say, if you just simply like the characters (my OCs), I still post comics, reels and artwork about them quite often on IG. Feel free to have a look!
