TERMS OF SERVICEProcess- First come first served.
- Sketches will be made within 2 weeks and sent to your email.
- Commissions will normally take 3-8 weeks depending on my queue and the complexity of your request.
- NO RUSH DURING WORK PROCESS, because rushing will kill my art motivation. However, if you need to set a specific deadline for your commission, discuss with me first.
- You only have a maximum of two major revisions during the sketch phase. After that, any revision will cost additional fees.
- You can ask for WIPs or ask me anything about your commission during the process if necessary.
- Hard NSFW content can only be commissioned through my Patreon. I don't accept them via any other site.____
Payment & Refund- Payment upfront via PayPal or VGen (all in USD). Note that it should be made within 48 hours once you receive the final sketch via email.
- I accept payments via Momo or local banks (in VND) for Vietnamese clients. Contact me for more info.
- Strictly no refund/cancellation after I start your commission. In case I can not finish your commission on time due to my school schedule, I will send you a delay or refund depending on the situation.
- If you do not reply to my email/message/invoice in more than 2 days, I'll have to cancel your commission.
